Aquaponics gaining popularity in Jamaica

Aquaponics, a farming technique combining fish farming and hydroponics, is gaining popularity in Jamaica and is able to provide farmers with a year-round supply of fish and produce. Jamaica is expecting a drier rain season this year and the country's College of Agriculture has even opened a new unit for the method.
