Border closures imposed by COVID-19 has caused a severe shortage of onion supply in Kuwait. Despite war complications, the new pandemic has opened new opportunities for Yemeni onion suppliers. Yemen begins exporting to Kuwait daily with an initial shipment of 120 metric tons.
