Potential trade deals between Vietnam and the US for agricultural & food products

In 2020, the United States pledged to open export for Vietnam grapefruit, and soon consider opening the gate for many other fruits. On the Vietnamese side, there are currently 6 types of fruits including dragon fruit, mango, lychee, longan, rambutan, and star apple that have been exported to the US. Vietnam is also asking the US to consider allowing import of passion fruit. On the US side, the US has been allowed to export 6 types of fresh fruits including cherries, pears, grapes, apples, blueberry and oranges to Vietnam so far.
