Despite the problems caused by the Covid19 outbreak, Turkish exporters were able to sell 2.9 billion USD worth of legumes within the first 5 months of 2020.
The top export destinations for Turkish legumes were the United States, Iraq, Yemen, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Azerbaijan. The exporters expect to continue their sales abroad at a similar rate with the normalization of the markets.
