Government encouraging farmers to breed catfish

Malaysian government has advised farmers to breed catfish in their rice paddies for extra income. That highly nutritious fish is considered a delicacy in the villages of Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei. The rice paddies are ideal breeding ground for cat fish and it also work as natural pest controller.
