Tanzania experiences growth in pork production

A total of 38,377.4 tonnes of pork was produced in the year 2019-2020 in comparison to 37,773 tonnes of pork produced during 2018-2019. The production witnessed an equivalent increase of 1.6%. This increase is associated with the strengthening of Government farms who have the objective to increase the production while keeping in mind the quality of produce.
