How the cargo from Thailand to China passes the boarder

Thailand is having problems with ground transportation to export fruits to China. Normally it has to pass 3 countries. During COVID-19, each country requires 14-day quarantine. By the time the quarantine ends, the fruits already are damage. The exporters have to change the drivers when they pass the borders of each country and this causes the exporting cost to be higher than usual.
