Philippines exporters in struggle due to COVID-19 lockdown measures

The Philippines government has blocked travel between one region to another region due to the COVID-19 lockdown. Only major food suppliers such as rice, wheat, meat, and fisheries' products are allowed to cross the region. This causes many other exporters to be unable to continue exporting due to logistic problems during the lockdown.
