The price of spinach range between USD 2.32-2.51/kg compared to USD 2.75-3.47/kg in 2021. The relatively warm temperature in November resulted in the abundant growth of spinach. As temperatures are sharply declining in December 2022, the supply of spinach to the Tokyo market will gradually decrease.
