Agreement to export soybean to China

Tanzania reaches an agreement today with the people republic of China to export its soybeans.
China's demand for soybeans is estimated to be 103m tonnes, 15m tonnes are produced in China, while 88m tonnes are imported to the country. Tanzania has also been put on the list among foreign countries with access to the huge soybean market in China.
According to TPN, soybean production in the country is estimated to be 10,000 tonnes per annum.
