It is estimated that the 2022–2023 Chilean blueberry season exports will reach 98,228 tons, representing an 8% drop YoY. Last season, Chilean blueberry exports suffered significant logistical problems, which accelerated the adjustment of the national supply. This season, the forecast indicated better logistics, but exports have decreased due to exporters prioritizing the quality of the fruit. On the other hand, frozen blueberry exports are expected to increase to 60K tons or more this season.
