The province of Santa Cruz, to be more precise, dispatched a shipment of whole carcasses of lamb that traveled by land to the Fiscal Capitán Cortés plaza of the Port of Buenos Aires and from there were loaded into the container to the Asian country. Agents from the Food Safety and Quality area of ​​the Senasa South Patagonia Regional Center verified the documents and the required certification according to the export protocol agreed between Argentina and Japan, a market defined as one of the most demanding in the world.
