Argentina’s soybean imports

2020 has so far shown an increase in the commercial flow of soybeans. During September, close to 563K tons of soybean were imported, which is 3 times the amount imported during 2019. Between 400K and 500K tons are also estimated to have been imported in October. In total, the import estimate for the first 10 months of the year shows has been 5 million tons of soybeans. The main soybean provider for Argentina is Paraguay.
