Auchan Portugal launched a vegan bacon made with fruit

Auchan Retail Portugal has an innovative space inside the supermarkets named “Future Taste” with new products made with alternative ingredients.
In April 2022, Auchan launched Vegan bacon made with fruit, with high protein, higher iron, and B12 vitamin values, and less fat. The bacon is made with soya and jackfruit and is a healthy vegan alternative to traditional bacon. Can be fried like the traditional bacon, and can be used in several recipes like hamburgers, sandwiches, and salads.
