After droughts, bushfires, COVID-19, lack of workers, and many other adverse conditions, Australian wine can now finally have a positive (at least, better than average) season.

When practically all the white grapes were picked, and a few reds to go, the growers seem to be really positive on the 2021 vintage.

Barossa Valley, one of Australia's most iconic wine regions and the home of the most popular Shiraz, has been one of the big winners. Even though the harvest has not finished yet, growers are comparing the 2021 harvest with 2010, a really good vintage for Australian wine.
