Brazilian peanut processors hope Argentina will join the peanut oil wave

Argentina is a relevant peanut player in the international market. Any change in their offer may have an impact on market prices. With that in mind, Brazilian blanched peanut exporters hope that Argentinian farmers will also join the peanut oil wave, thus helping to reduce the international supply of blanched peanut this year and thus, push world prices upward. Currently, Brazilians fear being alone in this trend and becoming less competitive in the international market this year.
