Carob price in Spain and Italy is forecast to increase in January 2022

At the beginning of the campaign 2021, as stocks of Carob in Spain and Italy are available, sales prices remained stable for the first few months but the lower production of the new crop is expected to cause an price increase once the suppliers run out of stocks from January 2022.
