Cotton seeds running out of stock in Brazilian off-season

Some Brazilian cotton ginning mills are already out of stock of cotton seeds, despite the fact that the cotton processing goes from July to December. Usually, there would be product in stock to serve customers during Q1, however such companies are sold out this year.
