Domestic Price Increase of Colombian Cassava and Yam in W45

At the beginning of 2022, the domestic price of Colombian cassava was around USD 0.41/kg, and USD 0.38/kg for Colombian yam. In W45, cost of cassava is USD 0.81/kg, and yam is around USD 0.72/kg. This variation has been caused mainly by the uptrend exchange rate during 2022, severely affecting the cost of imported agricultural supplies utilized in different plantations in the Caribbean region.
