Dried anchovies in Malaysia are produced less during off season

Stock for dried anchovies will be produced only until April because the anchovy season will decrease from April - November every year in the East Coast Region. Because of that, every time anchovy season, fishermen will try to produce dried anchovy stock as much as possible for sale throughout the year.
