As the strawberry season is heading towards its end, suppliers are battling the drop in demand for fresh strawberries in international markets by selling their products for freezing. IQF and blast freezing factories have started collecting large quantities of strawberries from farmers to freeze, store and market. These efforts sow that the prices of raw strawberries stay stable and not fall drastically.
