The observation shows that although the exports of tea in August grew up by 3.5%, many countries have predicted a decline in tea consumption. The major reason is that the situation of the pandemic in the world has not been recovered and affecting the global tea consumption together with disrupting the supply chain. Moreover, in the Chinese market, the export of tea from Vietnam to China in 8 months of 2020 declined by 13.2% and 54.2% than that of before the pandemic, in term of volume and value, respectively.
