The first Egyptian grapefruits of the season arrived in São Paulo’s wholesale market in W45, filling a gap left by an absence of local grapefruits. The fruits, noted for their excellent quality, color, and firmness, were priced between USD 31.27 to 34.74 per 15-kilogram (kg) box (BRL 180 to 200/15-kg box), reflecting strong demand amidst limited availability.
