Freight receivables difficulties in Argentina

Due to the financial crisis and the difficulties in getting paid by their customers in Argentina, many truck freight companies are cautious about sending their trucks to Argentina. There are a lot of "Black Market" issues on the companies not declaring their actual financial numbers to IRS in Argentina, so avoiding the Fisco to try to go around the Argentine Peso/USD dollar has been quite a challenge. Argentina is the main buyer of Brazilian Bananas followed by Uruguay. Those issues have caused the freight prices to rise up to 30% YTD.
