The new harvest of fresh beetroot in Colombia has led to significant increases in supply, causing price reductions in various regions at the end of W43. In Northern Colombia's primary wholesale market, prices decreased by 27% week-on-week (WoW), reaching USD 0.33 per kilogram (kg). Similar price declines were observed in Central Colombia, with a 13% WoW decrease, resulting in prices of USD 0.25/kg.
