The most commonly used varieties for export are Shimeji white and Shimeji brown. The mushroom cultivation of these two categories has been industrialized. The annual supply is guaranteed, and the prices change according to the supply and demand of the sales market. The domestic market in China has a great demand for such products, and many of them are mainly use for domestic sales.
In September, there was China’s Mid Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, so the domestic market price is firm, and the export price has increased. However, after the National Day holiday, the price dropped. Below is the updated price for W41.
