Fuji apple starts harvesting in China

Thanks to good sunshine in week 41, the Fuji apple harvest started. In season 2021, Grade 1 Fuji apple volume would be reduced compared to past years, but there would be more Grade 2 and 3 available. Thus, the price of high-quality Grade 1 Fuji apples may rise in 2022, and the prices of Grades 2 and 3 would drop. This situation is good for the apple processing industry, such as apple Juice, puree, and frozen apple dices, and so on because they prefer grape 2-3 to produce. What's more, we may have chances to face a lower market price this year for Southeast Asia, which prefers China Fuji apple Grades 2-3.
