Over the first four months of the 2021/22 campaign (August-November 2021), French exports are strongly up both in volume with +5% and in value with +20% compared to the same period of the 2020/21 campaign. Average prices are globally increasing, in particular for Champagne exports whose price increased by 7% over the first four months of the 2021/22 campaign compared to the same period of the 2020/21 campaign at EUR 26.7 but also for PDO wines (+11% at EUR 9.62). These good performances can be explained in particular by a catch-up effect in relation to the health crisis.
