Grapes announced as a strategic commercial crop in Tanzania

The Government of Tanzania has announced on 16th August 2021, that grapes are to be amongst the strategic commercial crops. Grapes that are mainly produced in the Dodoma region, the central part of Tanzania, will be added to other strategic commercial crops like cotton, coffee, tea, and cashews.
