Mexican Lime prices have been moving downwards at the US-Mexico border, mainly because of increased production. Production has increased as a consequence of seasonality along with recent and constant rainfalls in the Gulf of Mexico region. Also Tropical Storms have impacted quality and size for these limes lately, and bigger sizes are commonly found.
