Labor Shortage in the horticultural industry in NZ

The current labor shortage in the horticultural industry in NZ. This has affected all growers and most of them have had to walk away and leave a proportion on the trees simply because there is not enough labor to pick the fruit.
As a result, we believe the total volume forecasted will be lower than originally forecasted at the beginning of the season.
