Local mango growers in Philippines learn to process mango in various ways

The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) is inviting Philippine local growers to learn various mango processing technology. The agency is offering assistance in the production of dried mangoes, jam , juice, puree, pickled among others. Small farms may benefit from these as added value income.
