Decreasing making cost of coconut sugar by changing the crop

The Philippines is one of the leading producers and exporters of cocoa granule sugar in the world. Currently, coconut sugar production in the country is stable due to minimal capital and equipment. However, there is still a need to lower its production costs. Due to this, suppliers in Davao Region are currently suggesting to the government to change the coconut crop from a tall variety to dwarf variety.
