Some Moroccan exporters import apple from Spain to optimise cost of transport

Moroccan exporters of fruit and vegetables to Spain use trucks to deliver shipments as this takes only two days from Morocco. To avoid that the trucks get back empty to Morocco, some exporters prefer to import full truck of red and green apple so they can optimise the cost of transport.
