During W31, the two most traded species in the auctions held in the Azores region were fresh skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis), with a total volume of 314 MT, and the Atlantic chub mackerel (Scomber colias), with a total volume of 10 MT. As for price, fresh skipjack stood at USD 1.66/kg for size +3kg and USD 1.63/kg for size 1.5/3. Meanwhile, Atlantic chub mackerel stood at USD 3.12/kg for size 1/2, USD 1.37/kg for size 2/4, and USD 1.01/kg for size 4/8.
