Myanmar pineapple has been traded on the Myanmar-China border since 5 years ago but it has not been under the official agreed trade products between the two countries. The Myanmar Agriculture Development is planning to have a Government and Government Plan for pineapple. The Myanmar official will provide supervision on the pineapple plantation and quality control on the 35,000 acres of pineapple plantations. Pineapple growers expect a better price coming season with this official export channel.
