Peruvian black quinoa will be scarce this season leading to higher prices

Puno, the most important quinoa producing region in Peru (60,000 MT) might see a reduction in black variety harvest amounts due to constantly decreasing production yields. Currently, on week 36, there are stocks of white quinoa but black quinoa remains scarce and are highly demanded.
