High potato prices in the local Pakistani market

Potato prices have increased by approximately 15% over the last couple of weeks in the local Pakistani market since there has been a decrease in overall supply. Available potato stocks of the suppliers for both exports and local use are coming from the cold stores instead of the field, which is why the prices are moving towards the higher side.
