Italy has started to apply a 14-day quarantine on people arriving from Bulgaria and Romania. The decision of quarantine is expected to affect seasonal farm labourers of grapes who coming to Italy from the two regions. There is a shortage of labourers as more than 100 thousand workers backed out. Italian grape growers are anticipating to move forward with this year's harvest with the help of domestic labourers.
