The National Dairy council had a meeting to set raw milk prices. The meeting results did not satisfy the dairy producers due to the high animal feed prices and current inflation. Raw milk prices, which were USD 0.32, were increased to USD 0.38, and the new price will be valid as of 1 April 2022. On the other hand, the raw milk subsidy increased to USD 0.067 (1 lira). Therefore the producer’s price will be USD 0.45.
