Retail price of Ukrainian apple falls by half

Today, the cost of apples in Ukraine is almost two times lower than last year at the same time. This situation is associated with the presence of a large amount of stock in warehouses. At a time of strong demand for apples (winter and beginning of spring), prices were too high for the local consumer in Ukraine. Today, apples cannot compete with the high demand for cherries and berries. Currently, the retail price for apples is USD 0.75/kg.
