Russia Has Activated a 25.5MMT Pulses Quota Application From February 15

With the Government Decree by Russia, a total of 25.5MMT of quota was introduced in the exports of wheat, rye, barley, and corn products from Russia to third countries other than the members of the Eurasian Economic Union between February 15 and June 30, 2023. The allocation of the aforementioned quota application will be made by the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, and the list of companies including the trade names and the allocated quota amounts has been reported.
