Buyers in Singapore prefer Thai fruits such as rambutan and mango to be transported by road freights to Singapore instead of air freights, which used to be the most popular shipment by far.

This is due to the cost for trucking being cheaper overall than air shipping, as the air freight is being hard to book and the prices are more costly. Thus, customers opt for trucking, a more stable and predictable method to deliver the goods.
