The wheat cultivation area in Chile has decreased by over 10,000 hectares (ha) compared to the previous 2023/24 season. However, despite this reduction, favorable exchange rates have helped keep prices stable and aligned with the international market. Meanwhile, the National Agricultural Society (SNA) aims to modernize wheat marketing to increase its value, stabilize the market, and expand exports.
