Due to shortages of black sunflower seeds in Ukraine and Bulgaria, caused by droughts last year, the prices are constantly changing, and such market volatility directly affects the sunflower meal market. Currently, the sunflower seed meal supply has been frozen as the black sunflower seeds are scarce and the price level isn't suitable for sunflower seed meal production.
