Taiwan whole-round tilapia export growth 12% in 2020, average price dropped

According to Taiwan Custom records, Taiwan has exported 40.1 Million USD and 16,320 MT worth of wholeround tilapia, a year to year growth of 2.2% and 12% respectively. The average price has dropped from 1.81 USD/KG to 1.65 USD/KG.

The major export markets for Taiwanese tilapia are USA, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Canada, their year to year growth rates are 11.3%, -33.9%, 0.5% and -18% respectively. The United States is the largest importing country.
