Thai Longan Price Dropped 15% In W6

The farm gate price of fresh Thai longan of a diameter higher than 28mm (gold size) stood at USD 1.06/kg in W6 which is lower than W5's price by about 15%. Indonesia has requested export pricing due to the impending announcement of its new import quota. It can result in a lowered farm gate pricing of fresh longans. Even though the market activity is slow, orders have been placed for other markets for Thai fresh longans, such as China.
