Thai longan prices are still low due to high production

China banned Thai longan over contamination with mealybugs in Mid August, and recently 56 packing houses are allowed to export again with Phytosanitary Certificate. However, 70-80% of Thai longan exports to China but selling prices are still low due to high production in Southern China, including Vietnam and Taiwan.
