The demand for wheat keeps rising in Ethiopia

Ethiopia is seeing a rise in domestic wheat demand in the local market. Some of the reasons for the spike in the demand for wheat are rapid urbanization, high population, and shifting food habits in favor of Wheat.
Ethiopia's wheat consumption is expected to reach 6.7 million tonnes in the year 2021.
