The restriction to the fishing of prawns and crabs has officially initiated in Mozambique, completely halting the catches of the aforementioned marine life until March of 2021. This regulation has been set in order to preserve marine life and avoid overfishing. This will be enforced by the law, and the law enforcement authorities, coastal guard and marines will actively surveil the coastal regions to ensure that the regulations are strictly followed.
